Increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains with constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity in a communal environment under the supervision of our CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certified coaches. Our CrossFit class utilizes movements that effectively move large loads, long distances, quickly. The CrossFit Intrepid Workout of the Day (WOD) is posted daily on our website (www.intrepidathletics.net/blog). Our experienced CrossFit coaches are adept modifying WODs to each athlete's level to maximize intensity while maintaining good movement mechanics and proper technique.
